Charges for space available

from £1,520 per stand. Approximate stand areas will be between 2.5m/3m wide x 2m deep.

Venue and Covid:

This venue has been chosen to be easily accessible with all activity on one floor. The plan for the area will take current best practice to minimise the transfer of COVID. All delegates and exhibitors will be expected to be currently up to date with vaccinations and undertake lateral flow tests each morning to confirm no infection.

The exhibition is in one main area where food and poster presentations will be offered alongside areas for networking. The ambience will be relaxed yet professional.

The success of opening the exhibition early on the Thursday will be retained for 2024 so time with delegates will be maximised.
